The Hills Are Alive

On the boardwalk at Futaleufu, waiting for dinner

Our El Jefe, Steve, almost chins a persistent guitar-playing all-night drunkard, then we embark on a ten hour drive and a border crossing back into Chile.

Stopped at beautiful Nant Y Fall, a Welsh-ish waterfall park (again, ridiculously impressive) then on to an even nicer campsite in Futaleufu. Think Sound of Music x 10

Don't ask the white one - he's hopeless at mechanics

I'll stop describing the landscape for now as 'big' and 'awesome' don't quite cover it.

Kim goes white water rafting and I go for a swim. Phil goes fly fishing and catches a fish.

  1. Sounds like heaven on earth. Hasn't stopped raining here since you left by the way. Not that you'll be bothered/interested. Oh, and Newcastle keep losing, but you knew that already. Impressed that you're doing all this on your phone. Thought your fingers would be too fat.
